New online tool to enhance digital capability of SW businesses

17th November 2021

The Federal Government is launching a free online tool to help businesses assess their digital maturity and digitise their operations.

The Digital Ready Assessment Tool will enable business to measure and upgrade their digital capability, compare themselves against their peers, and access government support programs.

Federal Member for Forrest Nola Marino MP said the tool would help benefit many local South West businesses.

“This tool will help many businesses understand their digital footprint and how it compares to that of their competitors, while providing insights and ways to help them become more digitally competitive and make smart digital improvements.

“COVID-19 has shown us that businesses in the South West that are digital enabled are more resilient, able to adapt, and were able to bounce back stronger.

“I encourage all South West Businesses to use the tool annually.”

The Digital Readiness Assessment Tool takes 10 minutes to complete and will provide businesses with a report containing recommendations on improving their digital maturity.

Businesses that complete an assessment will be directed to relevant products and services, including existing grant opportunities such as the Treasury’s Digital Solutions program and support services administered by the Government funded NGO website, navii.com.au.
