Bunbury roads to be upgrade by the federal government

Mrs Marino said 14 road upgrades was a great result for the South West and she was optimistic about more being announced in the future.

A commitment of $210,000 will replace kerbing, upgrade drainage and reseal the road surface with asphalt at Acacia Street, Bunbury between the Upper Esplanade and Scott Street intersections while $119,000 will pay for similar repairs on Pickersgill Street, Bunbury.

Sherry Street, Medici Lane, Simpson Avenue, Swansen Avenue and Upper Esplanade in Bunbury will also be improved as part of the initiative.
