It is terrific that Anzac Day continues to be celebrated with growing interest. Record crowds have been reported throughout the South West.

For me, the day is a chance to remember our fallen soldiers of past conflicts and their families as well as providing support to our current deployed personnel and those recently returned from operations.

Yesterday I attended the Busselton Dawn Service and the Bunbury Morning Service. I also attended several schools’ Anzac Day commemorations in the past week.
