Regional student scholarships

Forrest MHR Nola Marino has encouraged South West students to apply for the $24 million Rural and Regional Enterprise Scholarships program.

“Scholarships of up to $18,000 are available to help eligible students in the South West with the costs of studying STEM at university or a vocational education and training institution,” she said.

“I encourage students in Forrest who want to study STEM to check their eligibility and then apply for the program.” Applications close for the program close on December 14, with more than 1200 rural, regional and remote students expected to receive support.
